Please note that the £50 membership fee (divided in 2 instalments of £25) is allocated to cover the website, software programs and the courses and training we give at IBC.
As an M&A Analyst at The Investment Banking Club (IBC), you will play a vital role in advancing our mission by conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex financial data, and producing insightful reports on M&A. Your work will involve evaluating risks, synergies, and financial models, providing valuable insights to support research initiatives and enhance the quality of our projects.

Working closely with mentors and team leads, you will receive guidance to strengthen your analytical skills and deepen your understanding of the financial industry. This role also offers opportunities to collaborate with peers on diverse research projects across various sectors, equipping you with a well-rounded knowledge of global financial markets.

The role demands strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and uphold the highest standards in your work. A passion for finance, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth are essential in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Genuine interest in Mergers and Acquisitions and related financial fields.

Experience with financial modeling (preferred but not required).

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
